Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and expand business opportunities in the automobile and manufacturing sectors across Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for handling key customer relationships, driving business development activities, and working directly with end customers, OEMs, plant heads, and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts within the automobile and manufacturing industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, plant heads, consultants, procurement teams, and end customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales pipeline in the assigned region.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for project execution and customer support.
  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.

Required Skills

  • Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in handling enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Strong understanding of automobile and manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North India.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in industrial automation, AI, IoT, surveillance, or smart factory solutions.
  • Existing network within the automobile or manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of project sales and industrial solutions.
  • CRM and reporting tool knowledge.

Qualification

  • B.Tech / BE / MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Engineering background preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in key account management or industrial sales.
  • Prior experience in the automobile, manufacturing, or industrial solutions industry is preferred.
