Tasks
The
Key Account Manager Asia Pacific is responsible for:
- Creates rate offers, with & without guarantee of transportation
- Enters into transportation agreements with customers
- Creates growing additional business focusing on all aspects of the Lufthansa Cargo's Product Portfolio & initiating long term business
- Works on solutions & initiatives to drive business
- Negotiates Global Incentive Agreements,
- Provides sales support for LCAG subsidiaries
- Is responsible for presenting the LCAG product & service portfolio
- Performs escalation support: central touch point for the Key Account
- Manager's direct counterpart on customer side
- Assists with & resolves global, regional & local discrepancies
- Participates & contributes to Cargo Forum & Business Partner Advisory Board
- Active management of all KPI
- Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us Know more about the requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Degree in commerce preferably with focus on economics and/or marketing, logistics management; or several years of experience in a comparable position in sales organization required
- Master's degree desirable
- 5 years of professional experience in the airline industry preferred
- Fluency in English language required
- Analytical & conceptual thinking, ability to combine strategic thinking with operational doing
- Professional sales & negotiation skills
- Advanced level of communication
