Digital Ecosystem function in ABCL has been set up to develop digital platforms to capture fast growing, high profit pool ecosystems by leveraging digital infrastructure & partnerships. Goal of this function is to create an alternate, digital distribution channel to acquire new B2B customers at scale and capture customer 360. The ecosystems that are targeted are: MSME, Anchor led (Supply Chain), Open networks led (ONDC, OCEN) and Platform led (Resellers, aggregators). The platform will enable both DIY and assisted journeys to be used by customers directly or sales distribution. The platform will be form factor agnostics and will be available on mobile, web and in form of API stack for external integrations.
Major Challenges:
Launch and execute an integrated plan to gain customer traffic and conversions, providing meaningful, high frequency and value adding use cases to customers
The role involves key account management and business development to drive customer acquisition and growth for various Supply Chain Finance products offered on digital B2B platform - Anchor led Vender/Dealer Finance, Purchase/Sales Invoice Discounting and other products. This would involve:
