Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–12 HFC/NBFC/lender accounts across onboarding, operations and growth.
• Build and manage relationships with Business, Credit and Operations stakeholders.
• Drive disbursement growth through funnel conversion, product adoption and faster TAT.
• Own lender onboarding, API integrations, SOPs and go-live execution.
• Track SLA/TAT, sanctions, disbursements, rejections and portfolio performance.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews and drive issue resolution.
• Identify growth opportunities, new segments and commercial expansion within accounts.
• Own account forecasts, targets, dashboards and performance plans.
• Drive escalations, process improvements and cross-functional execution.
