Key Account Manager (KAM) – Banking Alliances
Role Overview
We're looking for a high-ownership Key Account Manager to manage and grow our lender ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, product, and revenue — where you will drive both relationship depth and business outcomes.
You will act as the face of the company for key banking/NBFC partners while ensuring seamless execution across onboarding, integrations, and ongoing performance.
What You'll Do
1. Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key lender partners (banks, NBFCs, co-lending players)
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across credit, product, and ops teams
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, aligning their goals with business outcomes
2. Growth & Revenue Expansion
- Drive portfolio growth across existing accounts by identifying new revenue opportunities
- Improve partner-level monetization, take rates, and product adoption
- Collaborate on GTM strategies to unlock new business lines
3. Partner Onboarding & Integrations
- Own end-to-end onboarding of new partners (BD → credit → legal → go-live)
- Work closely with product and tech teams to enable seamless API/LOS/LMS integrations
- Ensure faster turnaround and minimal friction during go-live
4. Execution & Performance Management
- Track key metrics across disbursals, approvals, collections, and SLAs
- Identify gaps and drive resolution across internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure operational excellence across the partner lifecycle
5. Forecasting & Planning
- Prepare and own monthly, quarterly, and annual business forecasts
- Drive data-backed decision making across account performance
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in fintech, lending, NBFCs, or account management/alliances
- Strong stakeholder management across external partners and internal teams
- High ownership mindset with strong execution and problem-solving ability
- Comfort with data, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
