Role Overview

Looking to take ownership early in your career This cross-functional role sits at the heart of Ambak's lender ecosystem. You'll manage top financiers, lead tech integrations, drive operational excellence, and co-own outcomes across revenue and collections.

What You'll Own

Financier Relations

  • Build trust with NBFCs, banks, and co-lending partners
  • Lead strategic conversations across credit, ops, and product
  • Unlock growth and improve product-market fit

Onboarding & Partnerships

  • Own lender onboarding end-to-end BD, credit, legal, compliance
  • Close deals, align on risk, and fast-track integrations

Tech Integrations

  • Be the bridge between partner banks and internal product/tech
  • Drive seamless integrations across LOS, LMS, APIs & data flows

Execution Excellence

  • Monitor SLAs, track KPIs, solve ops gaps
  • Streamline disbursals, collections, and reconciliation with credit ops & finance
  • 5. Revenue & Collections
  • Co-own P&L and ensure partner-level collections hygiene
  • Spot whitespace, grow take rate, and drive monetization
