Key Account Manager – Amazon – &Done

We started in salons, earning the trust of top stylists across India, and are now scaling rapidly through our direct-to-consumer launch.

Founded by Saumya Yadav (Stanford GSB 19, IIT Delhi 13; ex-Urban Company, ex-Udayy) and Atit Jain (BITS Pilani 09; 2X founder – Pluss, Bulbul; ex-VC at Elevation Capital), we're VC-backed and building a category-defining brand from the ground up.

Your Role: Key Account Manager – Amazon

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with Amazon. You will drive revenue, ensure operational excellence, and work cross-functionally to optimize performance across listings, campaigns, and advertising.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  • Account Management & Growth
  • Own P&L for the channel
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities across categories, SKUs, and cities
  • Maintain regular coordination with channel partners for product launches, campaign execution, and advertising opportunities, while ensuring timely implementation
  • Ensure consistent monitoring of account health, key performance metrics, and channel compliance
  • Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) & Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns to drive visibility and sales
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize spends for maximum ROI
  • Plan and execute platform-led campaigns, discounts, and promotions on Amazon
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for creatives and visibility boosts
  • Assortment & Listing Optimization
  • Ensure all SKUs are live, optimized, and performing well
  • Continuously improve product visibility, content, and discoverability
  • Launch new SKUs in a timely and structured manner
  • Inventory & Supply Coordination
  • Work closely with supply chain and operations to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Minimize stockouts and ensure high fill rates across platforms
  • Plan inventory based on demand trends and platform insights
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track daily/weekly performance metrics across Amazon
  • Generate actionable insights from sales, inventory, campaign, and advertising data
  • Monitor Amazon performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Share regular performance reports with internal stakeholders
  • Function as the central point for tracking, monitoring, and reporting progress across ongoing initiatives, ensuring complete visibility and accountability.
  • Continuously track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies, and proactively recommend actionable interventions to support brand growth.
  • Actively manage reviews, ratings, and customer sentiment using available tools and platform mechanisms to maintain category benchmarks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to align execution
  • Ensure smooth coordination for launches, campaigns, and replenishment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue Growth: Month-on-month and Amazon-wise sales growth
  • Availability Metrics: % in-stock rate and fill rate on Amazon
  • Amazon Performance: Sales, orders, conversion, and overall account growth
  • AMS Performance: ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and advertising-driven sales
  • Stockouts: Reduction in lost sales due to stockouts
  • SKU Performance: Contribution of top SKUs and new launches
  • Campaign ROI: Return on spends for platform promotions
  • Listing Health: % of optimized listings (images, descriptions, rankings)
  • Order Fulfillment Metrics: Cancellation rate, service levels
  • Platform Relationships: Qualitative feedback and support from platform partners

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in working with data
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketing Services (AMS)
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution
  • High ownership, problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail
