Relationship Building: Build and strengthen relationships with regional OEM officials, key decision-makers, and account influencers to drive growth, foster trust, and encourage collaboration.
Growth & Innovation: Identify and pursue emerging business opportunities in the aftermarket service-fill automotive lubricant channel, sharing innovative ideas to drive sustainable revenue.
Forecasting & Planning: Deliver accurate sales and SKU forecasts; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and superior customer experience.
Sales Strategy & Promotion: Implement approved sales strategies and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Market Intelligence: Collect and share actionable market insights to support compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.
Negotiation & Problem-Solving: Apply effective negotiation and influencing skills; propose practical and sustainable solutions to address challenges promptly.
