Statiq was born with the idea of making sustainable transportation a reality in developing countries. It is a new-age start-up, leading the EV movement in India, by setting up chargers across the country. Statiq was named as the top 3 most promising start-ups by NASSCOM in the year 2020, it was the same year we got selected for Y Combinator, a Silicon Valley based accelerator program.
About the Role:
At STATIQ, we're building smart, scalable, and sustainable EV charging infrastructure across India. In this role, you'll play a critical role in nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring our partners get the best value from our solutions. This role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on account management skills to enhance customer success and long-term partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, manage, and grow strategic client portfolios, ensuring business retention and expansion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, delivering a consistent and value-driven experience.
- Drive business growth and account profitability through opportunity identification and upselling initiatives.
- Analyze client data, usage patterns, and feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer experience.
- Conduct impactful product demonstrations and client presentations tailored to business needs.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Oversee client onboarding to ensure seamless implementation and alignment with customer objectives.
- Address and resolve customer queries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed account performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities for client engagement.
- Support internal process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of key account operations.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience within EV, energy, or SaaS sectors is a plus.
- Fluency in at least two South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada) is required to effectively engage with regional stakeholders/customers.
