Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in New Delhi. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing account strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves overseeing account portfolios, identifying growth opportunities, resolving any client issues, and coordinating with internal teams to provide seamless client support.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Key Account Management and Account Management
  • Strong Key Account Development capabilities, including identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills to assess data, track performance metrics, and make predictions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the healthcare or B2B industry is highly advantageous
