Job Title: Account Executive
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients business goals, challenges, and strategic objectives to offer tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell services.
- Account Management:Lead day-to-day account activities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and align with business objectives.
- Monitor and track project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Revenue Growth:Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects.
- Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding client health, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and action plans.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of client needs analysis, project management, and solution delivery.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce or similar tools preferred).
