Job Title: Account Executive

Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients business goals, challenges, and strategic objectives to offer tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction.
  • Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities for growth, upsell, and cross-sell services.
  • Account Management:Lead day-to-day account activities, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track project milestones, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Revenue Growth:Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and contribute to meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present regular reports to senior management regarding client health, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, feedback, and action plans.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of client needs analysis, project management, and solution delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce or similar tools preferred).

  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
