Job Role
We are looking for a Key Account Executive who has practical knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and can effectively coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day client coordination through calls and emails.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for smooth operations.
- Understand the ground-level reality of warehouse and transportation operations.
- Follow up on dispatches, deliveries, pending issues, and operational requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS and reports in MS Excel.
- Maintain proper communication and documentation through email.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Provide regular updates to clients and management.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good knowledge of official email communication.
- Strong client coordination skills.
- Practical understanding of warehouse operations and transportation operations.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Logistics / Transportation / Warehousing / 3PL will be preferred.
