Role Summary
The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships
with key clients while ensuring smooth coordination of orders, communication, and service
delivery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong
communication skills and a high sense of ownership to maintain client satisfaction and
support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management (60%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term
partnerships.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, order updates, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer
orders.
Track client requirements and ensure smooth communication between the client and
operations team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and proactive
support.
2. Order Coordination & Client Support (25%)
Manage end-to-end order coordination from order confirmation to dispatch.
Follow up with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and client documentation.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
3. Reporting & Process Support (15%)
Maintain client data and order details in CRM or internal systems.
Prepare periodic reports related to client orders and account activities.
Support the management team with insights on client requirements and business
opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and client experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Coordination, or Sales
Support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office tools
Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups effectively
High sense of ownership and accountability
