Job Title: Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce

Job Summary -We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in Quick Commerce to drive growth across platforms like Big basket, Jio Mart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and similar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end relationships with Q-commerce partners and ensuring our brand visibility, availability, and sales performance across platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and grow business relationships with Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.

● Drive sales, visibility, and product placement on each platform.

● Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal launches.

● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

● Analyze sales data and platform performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.

● Negotiate annual business plans, margins, and trade terms with platform stakeholders.

● Maintain accurate forecasts and stock planning for each account.

● Ensure strong brand representation through content optimization and creative inputs.

● Identify new platform opportunities and expansion routes within the quick commerce ecosystem

Key Requirements

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing accounts on Q-Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) ● Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, platform analytics, and consumer behavior

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis

● Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred

● Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized
