Role Description
This is a full-time Key Account Executive role located on-site in Guwahati. The Key Account Executive will oversee the management of key client accounts, develop business plans, and ensure optimal customer service. The day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with key clients, analyzing account data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to align with company objectives. The role also focuses on driving business growth through effective account management and customer-centric approaches.

- Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data and identify actionable business opportunities
- Expertise in Business Planning to develop strategies that align with organizational goals
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic start-up environment
- 5 Years Experience in the FMCG sector is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
