Key Accounts Executive 2 Yrs Experience

Role Snapshot:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Accounts Manager with 2+ years of

experience in the marketing or advertising industry. The role involves managing key client

relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing

campaigns while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client business objectives and convert them into clear internal briefs
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, performance marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns as per agreed scope, quality, and timelines
  • Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and day-to-day communication
  • Track campaign execution and share regular status updates and reports with clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support proposal creation, presentations, and pitch decks when required
  • Ensure client satisfaction, renewals, and repeat business

Key Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of marketing, branding, and digital campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related

field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or digital agency

Prior experience in handling client accounts is preferred

Group Chief Business Strategy Officer EBG Group
