Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Executive – Design Coordination role based in Coimbatore North. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their design preferences and requirements, and coordinating closely with the internal design team to translate these needs into feasible product concepts. The Key Account Executive will manage end-to-end client communication, prepare and present design options, gather feedback, and ensure timely approvals and deliveries. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project timelines, maintaining accurate records of client specifications, resolving issues proactively, and aligning with production and sales teams to meet quality and service standards. The role also requires monitoring market trends, supporting visual merchandising or product launches when needed, and contributing to continuous improvements in client experience and design processes.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand design needs, manage expectations, and maintain long-term key account relationships.
- Experience in design coordination or product coordination, preferably in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or related design-focused industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss design concepts clearly with both clients and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and project management abilities, including handling multiple design projects, timelines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfort using office productivity tools and basic design visualization or collaboration tools; familiarity with jewelry or product design workflows is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and an understanding of current fashion and jewelry trends.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Coimbatore North, collaborating closely with sales, design, and production teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Design, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field; prior experience in key account management is preferred.
