Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq. The role involves end-to-end account management, sales planning, performance tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee key e-commerce accounts such as Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Tata Cliq.
  • Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility across platforms.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns, deals, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Ensure timely inventory planning and stock availability in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Working knowledge of SAP for order management, inventory tracking, or billing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • High attention to detail and execution focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in fashion, retail, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
