Role Overview
Astral Ltd. is looking for a highly driven Key Account Executive (KAE) to manage and grow Modern Trade business in the assigned market. The role demands strong on-ground execution, sell-out ownership, and merchandiser management, ensuring high availability, visibility, and promotion compliance across stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out growth across all assigned Modern Trade outlets
- Ensure execution of promotions, schemes, NPD launches, and assortments
- Manage and grow business with regional Modern Trade chains
- Ensure product availability, stock cover, and replenishment coordination
- Handle and supervise merchandisers to maintain execution discipline
- Coordinate with store managers, distributors, and internal sales teams
- Monitor and improve in-store visibility and brand presence
- Track secondary sales, stock levels, and execution gaps
- Share regular updates on sales performance, risks, and competitor activities
Key Accountabilities
- Ownership of sell-out performance in the assigned geography
- Execution quality across stores and regional chains
- Productivity and performance of merchandisers
- Availability and visibility of products in stores
