Key Account Executive/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Support the management of key customer accounts to achieve sales targets

• Build strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders

• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day account operations

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Execute sales plans and promotional activities to drive revenue growth

• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and range expansion

• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where needed

Trade & Promotion Execution

• Plan and implement trade promotions, pricing strategies, and in-store activities

• Ensure timely execution of campaigns across retail channels

• Work closely with merchandising teams to optimize product visibility

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track sales data, forecast demand, and analyze performance trends

• Prepare regular reports on account performance and insights

• Use data to support decision-making and improve outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams

• Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and issue resolution

• Support new product launches and distribution expansion

Customer Service Excellence

• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in sales, account management with FMCG/retail industry background

• Experience handling modern trade or key account management is an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
