Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented E Learning developer who have experience in creating content for audit, finance, or compliance training.

How you will make your mark:

Content Development

  • Develop and deliver high‑quality learning content for audit training programs, including videos, infographics, presentations, articles, and digital learning modules.
  • Partner with Audit Learning Managers, Audit Learning Assistant Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and aligned to defined learning objectives.
  • Customize and optimize content for multiple platforms and formats, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), intranet portals, mobile devices, and internal social channels.

Visual & Multimedia Design

  • Create engaging visual and multimedia assets to enhance learner experience, including diagrams, animations, and branded templates.
  • Script, produce, and edit video-based learning content, managing the end-to-end process from concept through post‑production.
  • Ensure all learning materials comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Content Management

  • Maintain and regularly update content repositories, ensuring version control, accuracy, and consistency across all learning materials.
  • Monitor learner engagement metrics and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and support continuous content improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with the Audit Learning team, instructional designers, and business stakeholders to understand learning needs and prioritize content development.
  • Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance learning impact and innovation.

•Writing and editing for clarity and engagement

•Storytelling and narrative structuring

Technical & Digital

•Multimedia production (video, audio, animation)

•eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate)

•LMS familiarity (SuccessFactors, Cornerstone)

Audit-Specific Knowledge

•Understanding of audit and assurance concepts

•Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards

Collaboration & Engagement

•Working with Audit Learning Managers and Assistant Managers

•Working with subject matter experts (SMEs)

•Incorporating stakeholder and learner feedback

Project & Time Management

•Managing content calendars and deadlines

•Attention to detail and version control

Creative & Strategic Thinking

•Designing content for different learner levels and styles

•Innovating formats and engagement strategies

Work experience

•Experience creating content for audit, finance, or compliance training.

•Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM-compliant content.

•Basic knowledge of instructional design and eLearning development.

•Video production and editing experience.
