Job Summary

At KPMG, within the Engineering service line, we are seeking a seasoned AI Leader to drive enterprise-scale AI strategy and delivery for global clients. This role requires leading large, cross-functional AI/ML teams, defining AI roadmaps aligned to business outcomes, and enabling AI-first transformation across the organization. The individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end AI solution delivery while ensuring governance, scalability, and innovation. Strong leadership, client-facing experience, and the ability to influence at executive level are critical to success.

How you will make your mark

• Define and own the organization's AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across functions.
• Oversee end-to-end AI solution lifecycle (ideation to production).
• Drive AI-first thinking across the enterprise.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies (Generative AI, LLMs, automation, etc.) for adoption.
• Build, mentor, and scale AI/ML/Data Science teams.
• Establish best practices for model development, deployment, and governance.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Present AI strategy and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• 14+ years in technology, with 5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, and AI architecture.
• Proven experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
