Job Description: Process Agent - FP&A

Join KONE and play a key role in supporting logistics operations that enable smooth delivery, documentation, and customer service processes. In this role, you will ensure accurate handling of delivery documentation, invoicing transactions, and reporting activities while maintaining compliance with established procedures and service level agreements.

What You'll Do

As a Process Agent - FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting Global reporting operations by managing essential transactional and documentation activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering periodic financial reports in line with global standards
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Performing data validation and ensuring accuracy of reported figures
  • Assisting in variance analysis and providing insights to stakeholders
  • Maintaining and updating reporting templates and dashboards
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R2R, S2P, S2C) for data inputs
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting guidelines
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes

What We're Looking For

Hard Skills

  • Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of FP&A reporting activities , general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
  • ERP Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP, or other financial ERP platforms.
  • Data Management: Ability to handle large volumes of transactional data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Compliance & Controls: Familiarity with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability to identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Skilled in preparing and maintaining process documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Power BI, Excel & Reporting Tools: Advanced use of power BI dashboards, spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reporting knowledge for financial analysis.
