KBS Process Agent

This position is responsible for the entire maintenance billing process, from invoice generation to submission, and includes tasks such as portal work order and PO acceptance and closure, PO validation-including NTE and supporting documentation-invoice supporting document validation (like time sheets, PO documents, and proposal documents), as well as price validation to ensure contract rates align with billing rates.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, be highly proficient in Excel, and possess solid knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate. Additionally, it's important that the candidate is comfortable working in rotational shifts.
