KONE India is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity for you to join our Chennai KONE Business Services India, as a Junior Automation Developer.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power Automate Developer to join our team at the junior level. The ideal candidate will be keyin automating workflows, integrating systems, and developing custom solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analysebusiness requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
Develop and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Power Platform Expertise:
Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
Build end-to-end business solutions with Power Automate and Power BI.
Optimize the performance, usability, and scalability of Power Platform applications.
Integration and Workflow Management:
Connect Power Automate with various data sources and applications, including SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and third-party APIs.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem to recommend improvements.
Strong experience in designing, developing, and managing workflows with Microsoft Power Automate.
Familiarity with Power Automate(cloud or PAD) and Power BI for building business analytics solutions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint integrations.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimiseworkflows effectively.
Good to have Macro & other scripting knowledge
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
