Role Description The Kannada Teacher role at WinQuest Online is a full-time remote position responsible for delivering high-quality Kannada language instruction to online learners. Day-to-day tasks include planning and conducting virtual lessons, creating and updating teaching materials, and using digital tools to engage students in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension activities. The teacher will assess student progress through assignments and evaluations, provide timely feedback, and adapt lessons to meet varied learning needs and levels. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum, participating in training sessions, and maintaining clear communication with learners and guardians as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering language instruction to diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, engaging, and level-appropriate Kannada lessons.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for online teaching environments.
- Candidates should possess Training and mentoring skills to guide learners, support their progress, and adapt methods based on learner feedback and performance.
- Fluency in Kannada (spoken and written) and good command of English for instruction and coordination.
- Experience teaching online or using learning management systems and digital classroom tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Kannada, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent teaching experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage a consistent schedule, and maintain a reliable internet connection for remote teaching.
