Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Kannada Language Expert to contribute to LLM training, evaluation, and linguistic data workflows. The role requires strong Kannada proficiency and the ability to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, fluency, naturalness, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, annotate, and evaluate Kannada-language datasets for LLM training.
• Review AI-generated responses for grammar, accuracy, fluency, relevance, and naturalness.
• Perform Kannada ↔ English translation and localization.
• Evaluate prompts, conversations, and responses for instruction-following quality.
• Identify linguistic, factual, cultural, and contextual errors in AI outputs.

Key Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Kannada language, linguistics, translation, content, or AI-data work.
• Native or near-native Kannada proficiency.
• Strong English ↔ Kannada translation skills.
• Experience with annotation, content evaluation, localization, or LLM/AI training workflows.
• Strong understanding of Kannada grammar, vocabulary, dialects, and cultural context.
