About The Role
Kanerika is looking for experienced Senior AI + Java Platform Engineers to work on strategic enterprise initiatives focused on building scalable AI Governance, Observability, and Compliance platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend engineering, distributed systems, AI integrations, telemetry pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
You will help design enterprise-grade platforms capable of monitoring, governing, and securing AI interactions across large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Java/Python backend systems and microservices.
- Build AI governance and observability capabilities for enterprise AI ecosystems.
- Develop telemetry ingestion pipelines and SIEM integrations.
- Implement event-driven and streaming architectures.
- Build AI monitoring capabilities including :
- PII/PCI detection.
- AI policy enforcement.
- Hallucination and drift monitoring.
- Governance and audit controls.
- Integrate AI/LLM ecosystems with enterprise observability platforms.
- Develop APIs, connectors, enrichment pipelines, and transformation layers.
- Build monitoring, tracing, logging, and alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, product, and engineering teams.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Java backend engineering and AI systems.
