Job Purpose
Engage with HDFC bank TPP Head & team for Virtual Channels for driving business across 7 Virtual Channels of VRM, Classic, Prime, NR VRM, VST, VBRM and Virtual Care on defined business metrices to drive growth of business. Incumbent also works on sharing MIS regularly for Governance review with the Business Head of each Vertical of the bank. KAM coordinates with internal stakeholders across operations, policy servicing, MIS, DDM, Complaints, Persistency and the Sales team Vertical Heads and hierarchy to address issues raised by the bank's business teams as well as TPP teams. Regularly update business MIS to Alternate Channel head for periodic review of business with Vertical Heads. KAM also works to identifying digital enablers and automation of processes with the relevant stakeholders and implement the same. Work internally with teams for uptake of digital tools. Drive efficiency in the system through analytics and identify opportunities for channel growth.
