Job Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Key Account Manager to manage and grow our business across key online marketplaces. The role involves driving sales, managing marketplace relationships, executing promotions, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring strong account performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key marketplace accounts such as Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Drive sales growth, revenue targets, and account profitability.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations teams to ensure product availability.
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Analyze sales performance and provide regular business reports and forecasts.
  • Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and internal stakeholders.

Desired Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or key account management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
