Role Summary

ISFB is seeking a dynamic and student-centric Admissions Counsellor for its PG Programs. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions journey, ensuring a high-quality counselling experience aligned with institutional values.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Conversions

• Counsel prospective PG applicants via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

• Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable PG programs.

• Explain program curriculum, faculty, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.

• Drive application completion and enrolment targets.

Admissions Process Management

• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment.

• Follow up for documents and fee payments.

• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.

• Maintain accurate CRM and admissions records.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with faculty, finance, and operations teams.

• Support student onboarding and orientation.

• Address applicant and parent queries professionally.

 

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Targets

 

KRA 1: Application & Enrolment Conversions

• Application-to-enrolment conversion ratio: 20–30%

• Monthly enrolment target: As assigned by management

• Offer acceptance rate: Minimum 70%

 

KRA 2: Counselling Quality & Experience

• Student satisfaction score: ≥ 4.5 / 5

• Zero unresolved escalations beyond defined TAT

• Accurate and compliant program communication

KRA 3: Process & Compliance

• 100% CRM data accuracy and timely updates

• Zero policy deviations or audit observations

• On-time completion of reports and documentation

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.

• 2–5 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems - Lead squared
