Partner with Product Managers to improve product decisions through data analysis, customer insights, experimentation, and product performance tracking. Help identify opportunities, measure impact, and build a culture of data-driven product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior, funnels, retention, and feature adoption to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Insight Generation: Translate product data into actionable recommendations that improve customer and business outcomes.
- AI-assisted Analysis: Leverage AI tools to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, insight synthesis, and reporting while validating outputs for accuracy.
- Analytics Automation: Use AI to automate repetitive analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting workflows to improve team productivity.
- Experimentation: Design, analyze, and measure A/B tests and product experiments.
- Impact Measurement: Measure the success of new features and quantify their business and customer impact
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to support product initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar roles.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as MoEngage, Mixpanel, or GA4
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to improve analytical workflows and productivity.
