Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior YouTube Channel/Social Media Executive based in Mumbai. We are looking for an individual to support the management and growth of our channel. This is an execution-driven role ideal for someone who understands YouTube basics, enjoys content, and is keen to learn and grow in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Uploading & Channel Operations

• Upload and schedule videos
• Ensure all uploads are accurate (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails)
• Maintain proper organization of playlists and content library

2. Content Writing & Packaging

• Write simple, engaging, and SEO-friendly video titles and descriptions
• Assist in creating captions and keywords for better reach

3. Content Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (editing, creative, production)
• Follow up to ensure timely delivery of videos
• Help maintain and track the content calendar

4. Basic Analytics & Reporting

• Track video performance (views, likes, watch time, etc.)
• Share weekly updates on what is working and what is not
• Learn and apply basic YouTube SEO and optimization techniques

5. Content Ideation Support

• Suggest new ideas for content 
• Stay updated with trending topics and formats on YouTube

6. Audience Engagement

• Monitor comments and highlight important feedback
• Support in posting community updates and basic engagement activities

Key Requirements

• Basic understanding of YouTube & social Media platforms and how it works
• Good written communication skills 
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
