Junior Web Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer who is passionate about building and maintaining modern, responsive websites and web applications. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career developers who want to grow their skills while working on real-world projects in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Assist in building front-end features with frameworks like React / Bootstrap

Collaborate with designers and senior developers to implement UI/UX designs

Fix bugs, optimize performance, and improve website functionality

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Work with basic backend integration (APIs, forms, databases if required)

Follow coding standards and best practices

Required Skills

Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Understanding of responsive design and browser compatibility

Familiarity with Git / GitHub

Basic understanding of web hosting and domains

Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks

Good to Have (Optional)

Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue

Basic PHP / Python / Node.js understanding

Familiarity with WordPress

Basic SEO and website performance concepts

Eligibility

Fresher or up to 2 years of experience

BCA / MCA / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS) or self-taught developers with skills

Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
