Name of the Position : Jr. Executive Warehouse

Function/department : Supply Chain
Reporting to : Sr. Executive - Warehouse
Location : Dahej
Role Summary :
Coordinate and supervise all Warehouse activities to support warehouse, production planning and other key cross-functional partners to solicit customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to :
- Ensuring Safety at work/More usage of Rock SHE/OPL/Discipline.
- To be responsible for good housekeeping inside & outside warehouse.
- To be responsible for finished goods receiving from production as per production plan.
- To be responsible for daily loading activity as per vehicle plan.
- To be responsible for shift planning of their respective team member's.
- To monitor & ensure that correct & good condition material is delivered to avoid customer complaints.
- Responsible for keeping & updating of all finished goods movement data.
- Coordinating Inter Department working such as Nesting, Inspection etc.
- Maintain ISO compliance.
- Repacking activity done using TO generation in system.
- If physical location to store Hold material is change then same will be Updated to quality via COM-DI-06 through Quality.

Skills & Experience Essential
- Any Graduate
- 2-3 Years experience.
Skills & Experience - Desirable
- ISO Knowledge
- SAP
- Fair knowledge about Import/Export/ Warehouse management/ Manpower power optimization.
- Computer literacy, SAP WMS (Warehouse management system)/MM module preferred
