Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Vulnerability Management Analyst to support our global vulnerability management program. This role is ideal for someone early in their cybersecurity career who is eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and willing to take ownership of follow-through.

You will work alongside experienced US-based and global colleagues, supporting vulnerability analysis, remediation tracking, and operational reportingwhile developing strong fundamentals in risk-based vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support vulnerability scanning, tracking, and remediation activities across the organization
  • Review and triage vulnerability findings under guidance from senior analysts
  • Track remediation actions and follow up with system owners to confirm progress
  • Assist in validating patches and remediation actions
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and ticket updates
  • Help prepare dashboards and reports for vulnerability status and trends
  • Learn and apply vulnerability prioritization concepts such as CVSS, KEV, and EPSS
  • Support process improvement initiatives and program documentation

Qualifications And Experience

  • 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or vulnerability management
  • Solid understanding of vulnerabilities, patching, and security concepts
  • Willingness to follow up persistently and professionally with remediation owners
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud platforms
  • Nice to Have
  • Exposure to vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable, Nessus, Qualys)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, especially the Vulnerability Response / VM module
  • Entry-level security certifications or coursework (Security+, CEH fundamentals, etc.)
