Junior Video Editor

We're looking for a video editor who understands social media — not just editing, but what actually works on screen.

What you'll do

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Work on Reels, trend-based content, ads, and brand storytelling
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animations
• Cut content with strong pacing, hooks, and retention in mind
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams

What we're looking for

• 0–3 years of relevant editing experience
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and transitions
• Good sense of timing, music, and visual storytelling
• Ability to turn around content quickly without compromising quality

Bonus if you

• Have worked on brand or agency content
• Understand platform-specific nuances (Instagram vs YouTube, etc.)
• Experiment with AI tools in editing workflows
