Junior Video Editor

We're looking for a Junior Video Editor who can create scroll-stopping video creatives at speed. This is not just editing. It's an attention-watch converter. You don't need to know everything. But you must be ready to learn fast and use AI as part of how you create. We'll guide you. You bring the drive.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video ads (10-30 sec) for paid campaigns.
• Turn gameplay, influencer clips, and raw footage into engaging creatives.
• Make multiple versions to test improvement repetition.
• Add captions, motion, sound, and platform-native elements.
• Use AI tools for ideas, edits, and variations.
• Stay plugged into trends across Reels, TikTok, and gaming.
  
  

Requirements

• Creative Sense: Understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
• Tools: Basic After Effects / Premiere Pro.
• Mindset (most important): You learn fast. You're open to feedback. You're curious about AI and how it changes creation. You're excited to experiment.

• You've edited videos before (college, freelance, personal).
• You watch and analyse ads / reels / short-form content.
