About the Role:
We're looking for a passionate Video Editor to join our on-site creative team in Bhopal.
You'll be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling YouTube long-form videos that hold attention, tell stories with emotion, and align with our content strategy. This role blends creativity and precision, from crafting strong narrative flow to maintaining top-quality visuals and sound.
Responsibilities:
Edit and craft YouTube long-form videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual and narrative tone.
Manage and organize footage efficiently for a smooth post-production workflow.
Integrate sound, color correction, and text or motion elements as needed.
Optimize edits for viewer retention, engagement, and audience experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
Understanding of YouTube content structure, pacing, and storytelling.
Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and creative judgment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for creating high-quality, audience-driven YouTube content.
