At Konvo Media, we create podcast-led content — long-form conversations, shorts, reels, and clips designed to build attention, trust, and brand value.
We are looking for a junior editor who already understands the fundamentals of editing, and is hungry to learn how high-performing podcast content actually gets made.
What you'll be doing:- Editing podcast shorts, reels, and social media clips
- Cutting long-form conversations into engaging short-form content
- Adding subtitles, pacing, hooks, and clean visual flow
- Identifying strong moments from podcast episodes
- Working with the team to understand what makes content perform
What you should already know:- Basics of video editing software like Premiere Pro
- Understanding of cuts, timing, pacing, and subtitles
- Basic sense of short-form content structure
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve fast
