We're Hiring: Short-Form Video Editor

Salary: INR 25k/month

We're looking for super fast short form video editors who can edit reels snappy!

If you can take raw footage and turn it into something people actually watch till the end — with clean execution and strong taste — this role is for you.

What you'll do:

- Edit high-volume short-form videos (Reels / Shorts)

- Work on both phone and laptop editing tools based on speed and need

- Add cuts, captions, pacing, and effects that improve retention

- Deliver edits quickly without compromising quality

- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve output

What we're looking for:

- You're fast and efficient, but not careless

- You can edit on both mobile (CapCut, VN, etc.) and desktop tools

- You have great taste — you know what looks clean, sharp, and engaging

- You understand pacing, hooks, and retention deeply

- You can handle volume while maintaining consistency

This role is NOT for you if:

- You sacrifice quality for speed

- You need too many iterations to get things right

- You don't have a strong eye for detail

Bonus if:

- You've edited content that has performed well

- You can suggest creative improvements, not just execute

- You naturally notice what works (and what doesn't) in content
