About the Role

We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor who understands the language of social media and can turn raw footage into high-retention short-form content. In this role, you will work closely with creators, strategists, and the design team to produce engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads. You should have a strong sense of hooks, pacing, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to leverage modern AI tools to speed up workflows and enhance output quality.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-retention videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & ads
• Craft strong hooks, sharp cuts, and smooth pacing
• Use motion graphics & video typography to elevate content
• Apply basic color grading and visual polish
• Design quick creatives, thumbnails, and assets using Photoshop
• Collaborate with creators, strategists, and designers
• Use the latest AI models & tools for editing, captions, upscaling, automation, and workflow speed

Qualifications

• 6 months 2 years of video editing experience

Required Skills

• Strong command of Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, clear understanding of social media-first editing styles
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools & models
• Agency or creator ecosystem experience is a plus
• Fast, curious, and creatively driven

Pay range and compensation package

Up to 25k/ Month. Note: Final Compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
