We are looking for a skilled Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and automation in optical networking. In this role, you will develop test plans, automate test cases, and perform regression testing on various network interfaces like WebUI and TL1. Your contribution will directly impact product quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring robust and error-free optical transport systems.

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality optical system features.
- Identify, report, and collaborate with architects and developers to resolve software defects.
- Automate test cases to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Perform regression testing across different configurations and network element (NE) interfaces like WebUI and TL1.
- Gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex optical networking issues.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer science with min 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with WDM optical transport systems, including OTN and packet transport.
- Strong academic background in communication and network systems
- Test Automation skills, preferably Python
- Ability to troubleshoot complex networking scenarios
It would be nice if you also had:
- Field deployment/operations or lab testing
- Solid motivation to learn and perform in a fast-paced high technology environment.
