Junior Valuer - Report Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our valuation team. The role involves property inspections, market research, valuation analysis, and preparation of valuation reports for various real estate assets.

• Assist in valuation assignments for land, buildings, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Prepare and review valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Analyze market data, comparable transactions, and property-related information.
• Support senior valuers with inspections, technical assessments, and documentation.
• Maintain valuation records and ensure timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for data collection and clarification.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in valuation or real estate will be an added advantage.

• 1-3 years of experience in report preparation, documentation, data analysis, or valuation support functions.

• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good report writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
