About the Role
A3 Ideanix is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing user-centric digital experiences and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct basic user research and analyze user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create seamless user experiences.
- Maintain design consistency by following design systems and brand guidelines.
- Improve existing designs based on usability testing and user feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of responsive design concepts.
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in UX/UI Design.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects.
