We are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our product team. You will contribute to designing intuitive, high-quality user experiences across our platform, working closely with founders, product managers, engineers, and other designers. This role requires strong fundamentals, clarity in communication, and a high sense of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Translate product requirements into clear UX flows, wireframes, and polished UI.
- Create prototypes to communicate interaction and behavior effectively.
- Contribute to design execution for social media and marketing assets.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure consistency and quality across the platform.
- Actively participate in design discussions, reviews, and iterations.
- Use AI tools and workflows to enhance speed, exploration, and quality of design output.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Interaction design (internships or academic projects included).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating structured thinking and execution.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like Webflow.
- Using AI tools as part of the design workflow.
- Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools (e. g., Lovable, Bolt, A0 n8n, Dreamflow, Claude, Stitch, Cursor, etc. )
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and ownership.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments.
