Role Overview
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes by identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent with our clients. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong communication skills who is eager to start or grow a career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for client roles.
- Client Support: Assist in understanding client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to provide insights and value to clients and candidates.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the recruitment team with administrative duties, such as scheduling interviews and preparing candidate summaries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
