Job Title: US HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring)

Location: Andheri East, Sakinaka (Onsite 5 days a week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a US HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements such as Sales, Business Development Manager, VP of Sales, and Head of Sales roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions in the US.
• Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), networking, and referrals.
• Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and US hiring processes.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• 6 months + of experience in US recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to join immediately.
