Junior Ui Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements, translating them into exceptional user experiences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and user interactions effectively
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and consistent with brand guidelines
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to iterate and improve designs based on user insights
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasible and successful implementation of design concepts
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide design decisions
• Maintain a consistent design language and pattern library across all digital touchpoints
• Optimize interfaces for responsive design, ensuring seamless experiences across devices and screen sizes
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with content teams for integrated visual and textual elements
• Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and refine designs based on stakeholder input
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and help elevate design processes within the organization
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to deliver well-rounded design solutions
