Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and assisting in the conversion process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Connect with customers and understand their travel requirements

· Promote domestic and international travel packages

· Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media

· Follow up with leads and convert them into sales

· Share travel itineraries, package details, and quotations with customers

· Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth bookings

· Maintain customer records and daily follow-up reports

· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills (English Required)
  • Confident and presentable personality
  • Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in lead generation/ sales specifically in Travel domain.

Working Details:

  • Working Days: 6 Days
  • Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Weekly Off: Sunday
